These are answers to frequently asked questions relating to user accounts. If you have a question not answered here please email Miles or Jo and they will answer it and maybe add it to the list.

What if I can't create my account?

Call or email Miles or Jo. If you are happy for them to know your password then they can register on your behalf. If not they can talk you through what you need to do.

What if I've created an account but forgotten my password?

You can now reset your password; all you need to provide is the email address that shows on your account page and you will be automatically sent a new password. You can then change the password once you've logged in.

Why can't I log in when I know I am using the correct user name and password?

If there have been multiple attempts to log in to your account over a short period of time you may be temporarily frozen out. Wait at least 10 minutes and try again. If that still does not work, and the same thing happens when you've requested a new password, let Miles know.

Can children of members create an account?

Yes they can. However, they will need their own email address as duplicate email addresses stop the password reset mechanism working.

Do I have to stick to the email I gave when I registered?

No, you don't. Once you have registered you can change it to different address. The same goes for all of your contact details.
